Studio Room
The Little Main Street Inn offers 2 Studio/efficiency style units and each provide guests with one comfortable queen size bed, a kitchenette, (equipped with apartment size fridge, microwave & coffee maker), and private bathroom. These units are perfect for guests who are looking for a clean value priced place to stay while visiting the high country for a evening or two. The Studios sleep up to two guests.
One Bedroom Suites
Our One bedroom suites are the among the favorites for couples and small families. The 750+ square feet provides plenty of room for families to move about. Each condo-style unit provides a complete kitchen equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, a dining table, living rooms with gas log fireplaces, large flat screen televisions, & DVD players. The separate Bedrooms offer either a King or Queen bed with 100% heirloom quality bedding and large private bathrooms with 2 person jacuzzi bathtubs and separate walk-in shower units. The One bedroom suites sleep up to 5 guests when utilizing the sleep sofa/futon in the living rooms and the provided roll-away beds which are conveniently stored in the suites bedroom closet. We also welcome Furry family Members in 2 of the 1 bedroom suites; “The Mast Suite” and “The Grandfather Mtn Lodge Suite”. The Inn also provides a light continental breakfast in your suite that consists of a basket of assorted hot and cold cereals, a fresh quart of Milk in your fridge, and coffee, tea, & hot cocoa fixings. You will also find a selection of prepackaged danish and muffins, cereals, and teas in the lobby which are there for your convenience 24 hours a day.
Two Bedroom Suites
The Inn offers 2 Bedroom suites on both the first and second floors. Each of these units offer 2 private bedrooms, a private bath with standard tub/shower, a living room with flat screen television and DVD player. The full kitchens include dining tables or a breakfast bar with counter stools. The first floor 2 bedroom suite has a queen size bed in bedroom #1, and 2 twin size beds in bedroom #2. The second floor units consist of 2 stories each. The main level features the full kitchen and dining area, a separate living room, and the bathroom. The 2nd story offers spacious & quaint loft/attic-style bedrooms. The bedrooms each provide a queen size bed. The 2 bedroom suites sleep between 4 and 6 guests depending on the particular unit.

Long and Short term Apartment Rentals
Occasionally the Little Main Street Inn will offer its One and Two bedroom condo-style units located on the second floor to parties interested in more than a vacation Rental. These units come fully furnished and rents include all utilities (except phone), satellite dish network, and Hi-speed wireless Internet. (Quick note: These units which are very conveniently located, being just ½ mile to the center of town and Lees McRae College, are highly sought after and do not stay vacant for long).
Cancellation Policy:
Dear friends, we are a small inn and every room we book helps us to pay our mortgage and keep food on our table. Unlike the large corporate hotels, we are unable to allow cancellations within 30 days of your reservation. If you find you will not be able to occupy your room for the dates you have reserved, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to rebook your room. Although you are responsible for any dates you have booked, there will be no charge for any nights that we are able to rebook. Thank you for your understanding.
